Luxury Product Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned product specification specialist with 10+ years of experience in marketing and product specification to join our team.
Your expertise should span the luxury segment, with experience in presenting products to high-end clients. You will be responsible for identifying new markets for our company's products, developing existing ones, and defining new business opportunities.
- Establishing relationships with architects and consultants: Secure product specifications in tender documents;
- Organizing events: Engage with PMCs and architects at our Experience Center;
- Identifying key stakeholders: Project leads and decision-makers;
- Presenting design proposals: Clients, consultants, and owners;
- Maintaining relationships: Key customers, consultants, and decision-makers;
- Developing market potential: Collaborate with Regional Heads in line with the business plan;
- Following up on ongoing project sites: Ensure timely completion;
- Submitting offers: Closing sales while balancing ROI;
- Promoting new products: Services while maintaining a balance between returns and growth;
- Planning tasks: Maintaining reports, conducting weekly reviews, and supporting sales teams;
Experience in specifications from any building materials industry is highly desirable.
