Tele-Caller (Pre-Sales) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tele-Caller (Pre-Sales) to join our team at Asymmetrique in Mumbai. As a Tele-Caller, you will be responsible for setting up appointments with potential clients and existing clients to ensure a steady lead flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on preset parameters and direct them to the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Provide solutions-based sales approach to meet client needs and capabilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines
  • Ability to qualify leads based on preset parameters
  • Experience with services-selling, preferably in the advertising/marketing industry
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in speaking English and Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
