Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industrial Designer to join our team. As an Industrial Designer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge ideas to life. Our team is dedicated to developing smart, robust, and sustainable engineering solutions across industries.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements while aligning with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proposing creative, innovative, and feasible design solutions that adhere to project objectives, customer requirements, sustainability standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Developing and presenting design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Leading design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Providing industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries, as well as benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Automotive/Engineering Design is required, along with 2-5 years of proven experience in Industrial/Product Design. Strong rendering and sketching skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of ergonomics, user experience, and sustainability-driven design principles are also essential.
