Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative content strategies that engage our target audience and drive business results.

Creative Copywriting

  • Create high-quality, engaging copy for various formats including ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Develop compelling taglines, headlines, and long-form content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Adapt tone and style to fit different brands, audiences, and campaign goals.

Collaboration & Concept Development

  • Work closely with designers, art directors, and strategists to develop innovative creative concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and translate briefs into effective messaging.

Editing & Quality Control

  • Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and advertising standards.
  • Optimize copy for SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

Research & Insights

  • Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends, cultural insights, and emerging marketing techniques.
  • Use data and feedback to refine copy and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting (advertising agency experience preferred).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to write for multiple formats and platforms (digital, print, video, radio, social media).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
