Job Overview:

As a SAP functional lead for MM/SD, you will be responsible for leading a team of functional consultants in custom developments and configuration activities. You will serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations, including experience managing teams of functional consultants and expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of functional consultants in custom developments and configuration activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders.
  • Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
  • Participate in the full-cycle development process.
  • Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience managing teams of functional consultants.
  • Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
