Drive Sales Growth and Team Excellence

As a seasoned leader, you will own the profit and loss (P&L) of a micro territory within a larger geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run daily sales operations for the micro territory, driving profitability through effective management.
  • Monitor weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to funnel shape to deliver monthly targets.
Leadership and Development:
  • Lead a team of business managers to achieve best possible turnaround times (TATs) and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Own hiring and training processes to build a highly motivated and skilled team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced, high growth environments.
  • Strong bias for action, customer-centricity, and deep dive traits.
Skills and Expertise:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
