Financial Services Expertise Required

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in implementing Financial Services Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.

We are seeking a highly skilled expert who can design, configure, and optimize FSC features to meet business needs in wealth management, banking, and financial services. This individual must be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.) and a solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules. A Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).
