Senior Manager, Record to Report

We're inviting applications for this role, seeking an accounting graduate with prior experience and team management skills. In this position, you'll work on deadlines in a high-pressure environment while being a standout colleague.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely month-end activities, meeting critical metrics and SLA targets.
  • Implement effective processes and controls to maintain the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues during the month-end close process to minimize disruption.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • CA or CMA qualification (with B.Com at graduation level).
  • Relevant work experience in General Ledger.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
