Executive Leader

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Executive to lead our production team in an exciting new role.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or food science, with a strong background in production management and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG Food Industry, with a proven track record of managing complex production systems, large workforces, and driving efficiency gains.

Responsibilities include preparing and implementing production schedules, monitoring production processes, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with various functions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for controlling equipment efficiency, production costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or AIB.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and implementing production schedules
• Monitoring production processes and equipment efficiency
• Understanding customer needs and expectations
• Collaborating with various functions, including stores and PPIC teams
