Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team in Davangere, India.

Job Overview:

This is a permanent, full-time position for a junior-mid level professional with 0-2 years of experience in accounts & tax.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and file financial statements for companies under UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Working Papers and Client Communications: Prepare working papers, client packs, reporting packs, etc., as per requirements.
  • Tax Returns and Payments: Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns, handle payments, and support research and development in tax and accountancy.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients in the UK and overseas via email, telephone calls, and video conference calls.
  • Tax Advice Reports: Prepare tax advice reports for clients spanning multiple jurisdictions, considering local and international taxes, accounting standards, legal issues, and the impact on company funding requirements.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounts Management: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: ACCA affiliate or ACCA aspirant pursuing professional level.
  • Academic Record: Priority will be given to candidates with outstanding academic records and those who are first-time passouts.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and UK taxation.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
