Expert Functional Consultant Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced functional consultant to join our team. As a senior functional consultant, you will play a key role in implementing cutting-edge industry solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and operational processes.
  • Run workshops for clients to map and document business processes, use cases, and requirements.
  • Assist in completing the Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document.
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal team members.
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer information systems, supply chain management, operations management, mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space.
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a functional consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud.
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud.
  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations.
