Job Title: Sr. Infrastructure Reliability SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sr. Infrastructure Reliability Specialist. This role involves hands-on experience with incident management processes, ITIL, and Service Now or equivalent ticketing tools.The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, VB.net, Asp.Net) or Java, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.This role requires experience working on incidents and change release handling in production environments, participating in release and deployment processes, and advancing the DevOps discipline across the enterprise.The successful candidate will work closely with the team to evaluate manual support needs and provide recommendations on DevOps tooling and automation, wherever possible. Additionally, they will be responsible for debugging and performance tuning applications and services, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting complex issues involving multiple systems.Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Timing: 24x5, Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, General: 11:30 PM to 08:30 PM, Night: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM.
