Product Development Internship Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our product development team as a Product Development Intern.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement for our super app. This includes designing and implementing smooth onboarding flows, working with the customer experience (CX) team to ensure quick resolution of onboarding issues, and tracking onboarding completion rates and reducing early-stage drop-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

User Onboarding & Adoption:

  • Design and Implement Smooth Onboarding Flows
    • Develop in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, and tooltips to enhance the user experience.
    • Work closely with the CX team to resolve onboarding issues efficiently.
    • Analyze onboarding completion rates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feature Communication & Education:
    • Create a structured release communication plan, including in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, and videos.
    • Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly messaging.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent user education campaigns.
  • User Engagement & Retention:
    • Develop strategies to drive repeat usage, including gamification, challenges, and rewards.
    • Monitor daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn, and feature adoption metrics.
    • Analyze data to design interventions that improve these metrics.
  • Data & Experiments:
    • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to increase adoption and retention.
    • Analyze user journeys using analytics tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Define and report growth KPIs to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features that improve user experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams for adoption campaigns and CX teams for user training.
    • Act as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management.
  • Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, etc.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, or community-driven platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results.
