Software Development Lead

Achieve and refine delivery cycles for R&D, utilizing technical expertise to influence product managers and engineers.

  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and engineers to drive projects to completion.
  • Manage projects while understanding task details and dependencies.
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Implement Agile Methodology in the release process.
  • Resolve risks and issues arising during the release cycle.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong core in Project Management, a degree in Computer Science, 5 years of experience in a similar role, and 3 years of project management experience. They should be eager to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project timeline.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
