Job Title: Key Performance Executive

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our team and drive business growth.

  • To achieve this, you will need to recruit and activate advisors as per plan, ensuring their productivity is maintained throughout the month.
  • You will establish strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues to facilitate work activities and collaborate effectively.
  • Additionally, you will conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Your key objective will be to generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital means.
  • Furthermore, you will review your progress with your reporting manager on a weekly basis and attend all training programs conducted by management.
  • Another essential task is to ensure that you make two joint calls daily and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Sales
  • Educational qualification: Graduate degree
