Senior Technical Test Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled technical test engineer with 6+ years of experience in testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software architecture and workflows, as well as hands-on experience with automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex systems.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
- Implement automation frameworks and ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
- Defect tracking, logging, and retesting in coordination with development teams.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
- Provide regular status updates and test progress reports.
- 5+ years of overall experience in software testing.
- Hands-on experience in automation Tools.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar) for automation.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
