Job Title: Business Development Professional

Sales and business development are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective networking, market research, and cold calling.
  • Promote and sell a range of financial products, including unlisted shares, mutual funds, startup investments, and insurance, to both retail and institutional clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each financial product to explain its benefits and risks to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and personalized service.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Sound understanding of financial markets and investment products (mutual funds, unlisted shares, etc.).
  • Existing network of clients and channel partners to leverage for sales growth.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
Any graduate, BBA, or equivalent degree. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Experience in real estate or both securities and real estate is an asset.
