Job Overview:

The Assembly Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves in a production environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves
  • Coordinate with design and quality control for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a focus on time and quality

Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing
  • Hands-on approach and calmness under pressure

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  2. Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in a similar or Assistant Manager role in Fabrication/Machine tool building/Equipment manufacturing company
