
HR Business Partner

This is a role in the DEI & OE team, where the incumbent will be expected to design, implement, and execute DEI and Talent programs. The incumbent will also be required to conduct research and benchmarking for multiple projects, partner with HRBPs to drive DEI/OE programs, and look for effective ways to increase engagement for our programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Analysis: Ability to understand business processes and recognize opportunities to leverage HR solutions to address business needs.
- Solution Design & Development: Ability to conceptualize and design HR solutions for people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute corporate-wide talent initiatives. This includes coaching and influencing key stakeholders to make decisions that are compatible with best practices.
- Change Champion: Act as a change champion to business to drive process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
- Learning & Competency Development: Ability to gauge and absorb emerging industry trends and skills to develop relevant competencies.
- Strategic Positioner: Influence, drive, and control delivery of HR competency areas (Recruitment, Learning Development, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development).
- MBA in HR, with experience in DEI/Talent Management/HR Projects.
