Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Creative Web Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to designing innovative, user-friendly websites that exceed our users' expectations.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Design & Development: Develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-centered website designs based on project requirements, utilizing your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
  • UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that ensure an optimal user experience across devices and platforms, leveraging your knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, project managers, and other teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Prototyping: Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing websites, demonstrating layout, functionality, and user flows, staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that visual elements align with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all digital channels.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO, ensuring they perform optimally on multiple browsers and devices.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Design responsive websites that work seamlessly across various browsers and devices, meeting the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience: Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio of web design projects, showcasing your skills and expertise.
    • Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
    • Responsive Design: Experience in designing websites that are mobile-friendly and responsive, catering to the diverse needs of users.
    • UI/UX Principles: In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping, allowing you to create engaging user interfaces.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design with attention to typography, color theory, and layout, ensuring high-quality visual outputs.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design-related issues and suggest innovative solutions, driving growth and improvement in the team.
    • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, promoting open communication and trust.
    • Bonus Skills: Experience with animation or motion design, familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation, or basic knowledge of web development languages.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience), demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles and practices.
