Job Overview

 

We are seeking a seasoned Client Liaison to spearhead our efforts in cultivating strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing account plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, and fostering strategic partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer profiles, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leading client meetings and negotiations, leveraging expertise in sales strategy and tactics to drive deal closure.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on sales best practices, pipeline management, and performance improvement.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on achieving annual revenue targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in account management, sales leadership, and business development within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of success in negotiating high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of the industry landscape, including emerging trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and deal closure principles, with a focus on value-based selling and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong product knowledge and expertise in sales enablement, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving long-term business growth.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
