The role of a Social Science Educator is pivotal in shaping the minds of young individuals. This position requires an educator who can deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned content to students in grades 8 to 10. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering subject expertise and effective teaching skills, maintaining a high level of discipline and dedication, and promoting an interactive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include delivering subject expertise, maintaining discipline and dedication, situational awareness, observation, and precise documentation. The educator must also ensure timely syllabus completion, test paper preparation, result analysis, and maintaining academic documentation in accordance with institutional protocols. Additionally, conducting sessions to help students learn and improve subject knowledge, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting students' academic progress, using positive feedback to motivate students, teaching effective study habits, and preparing students for real-life exams are essential aspects of this role.
To excel in this position, a minimum qualification of 12th pass is required. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation and delivering content are highly desirable. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and mentoring.
