About the Position:
As a Student Guidance Specialist, you will be working closely with students and parents to design and implement student's educational pathways. You will advise and mentor students from high school and private/public colleges on test preparation and assist with school/college/university application and visa processes.
Your role will also involve providing educational guidance, which includes advice and support on studying abroad, test preparation for admission and overall admission application process.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, empathetic and social, skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions, excellent at written and oral communication, comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members, and meticulous about documentation and note-taking.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with students and parents to develop and execute student's educational plans
2. Advise and mentor students from high school and private/public colleges on test preparation and assist with school/college/university application and visa processes
3. Provide educational guidance, including advice and support on studying abroad, test preparation for admission and overall admission application process
4. Identify problems and brainstorm potential solutions as part of a collaborative team
