Artists and Repertoire Manager

We are seeking a talented Artists and Repertoire Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our music division, you will be responsible for discovering new talent and nurturing existing relationships with artists, songwriters, and producers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify emerging artists and develop strategies to enhance their careers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and promotions teams to maximize the reach and impact of our music.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, balancing the interests of the artist and the company.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of music trends, and use this knowledge to guide artist development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in A&R or related fields.
  • Excellent networker with established industry connections.
  • Trendsetter, with a keen sense of the music that will resonate with audiences.
  • Skilled in negotiation, with a sharp business acumen.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years in A&R, music production, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
