Piping Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced piping professional to join our team. As a Piping Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing piping systems for various energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Design and develop piping systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical specifications to determine suitable piping solutions.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings including isometric and orthographic views.
  • Perform stress analysis and calculations to ensure piping system integrity and safety.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for seamless integration of piping systems.
  • Review and approve vendor documents and drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor piping system installation and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies during design construction or operation phases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Piping Engineer in the energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of piping design principles codes and standards ASME ANSI API etc.
  • Proficiency in using piping design software AutoCAD SolidWorks etc.
  • Familiarity with stress analysis software CAESAR II ANSYS etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Professional engineering license preferred.
