  • Our organization seeks a seasoned Structural Engineer to lead and mentor junior team members. This role requires coordinating with structural engineering consultants and peer reviewers.
  • The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the structural team/ consultant.

Project Delivery Excellence

  • We are looking for a skilled project manager who can oversee structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within quality and cost parameters.
  • This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.

Structural Design Innovation

  • We require an experienced engineer to lead and review the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • The selected candidate will oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).
  • The individual will validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • We seek someone who can optimize structural systems and materials.

Stakeholder Engagement Expertise

  • As our primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, you will serve as a liaison and advocate for our organization.
  • The successful candidate will participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • You will prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants.
