Offensive Security Leader

The VP of Offensive Security will provide strategic and technical leadership for our offensive security services, including penetration testing, red teaming, application security assessments, and threat simulation.

This role requires deep technical expertise, engagement leadership, and the ability to influence key stakeholders while driving operational excellence across service delivery.

The successful candidate will be accountable for scaling, maturing, and ensuring quality of offensive security services across multiple client environments, responsible for shaping the offensive security roadmap, delivery methodologies, and team capability development.
