Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen project management functions within a dynamic project operations environment.

The role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring robustness of research processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive proposals for project activities, lead training and capacity development of teams, and oversee tool translation and digitalization.

  • Skill Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Key Result Areas (KRAs):
  1. Technical Engagement & Research Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and methodologies.

  1. Indicator Identification & Evaluation:

Lead the process of identifying, evaluating, and finalizing key performance indicators aligned with project goals.

  1. Proposal Development:

Design and develop comprehensive proposals for project activities.

  1. Capacity Building:

Lead the training and capacity development of project teams.

  1. Tool Development & Digitalization:

Oversee tool translation and digitalization.

  1. Implementation & Execution:

Drive the execution of project activities as per project requirements.

  1. Data Management & Analysis:

Supervise data review processes and ensure integrity and accuracy of datasets.

  1. Reporting:

Lead the preparation of high-quality reports for stakeholders.

  1. Consultant & Stakeholder Management:

Effectively manage external consultants and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
