Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all related functions are monitored and services delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical facilities, including but not limited to air-conditioning systems, DG, electrical control panels, HT, LT power, STP, RO water, UPS, transformer, CCTV, fire service, plumbing, drainage, water, lighting system, security system, power supply, and audio system.

You will lead facility teams to achieve targets, manage renovation, restacking, relocation projects, and supervise contractor work performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors to perform a wide range of facilities-related services, execute and manage 6S and housekeeping activities, and monitor and coordinate with vendors to perform subcontracted services effectively and economically.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to recover sudden shutdowns of power supply, water, and compressed air in short time, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical facilities, including but not limited to air-conditioning systems, DG, electrical control panels, HT, LT power, STP, RO water, UPS, transformer, CCTV, fire service, plumbing, drainage, water, lighting system, security system, power supply, and audio system.
  • Lead facility teams to achieve targets, manage renovation, restacking, relocation projects, and supervise contractor work performance.
