Job Title: Student Placement Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate student placements specifically for Russell Group universities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK higher education and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

  • Drive student placements for Russell Group universities, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare weekly reports on placement progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
