GWS Supervisor – Operations & Analytics

The Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is responsible for managing our contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with related policies and vendor management systems. We are customer-obsessed, serving as a single point of contact for any contingent workforce need.

Job Summary

This role requires someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. The successful candidate will develop and execute reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting dashboards and data sets that track KPIs, SLAs, or support employee or vendor audiences. Leverage Power BI for broader reporting needs.
  • Ensure internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Develop user guides, videos, or other training materials to execute external process steps.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews, and consultant validation process.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and cost savings processes.
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Support additional data reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to create SOPs and user guides to reduce manual effort or streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment.
