As a key member of our scientific content team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of strategic content initiatives. Your expertise will help shape the narrative around our products and services, ensuring that our messaging is compelling, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Evaluate teams' ability to engage on projects and collaborate with marketing to ensure project feasibility, timelines, and milestones are met.

  • Provide strategic inputs to teams and manage review mechanisms for timely and accurate responses to customer queries and medical writing requests.

  • Develop strategic directives for the creation of scientific communication kits for products, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards.

  • Attend meetings to understand marketing strategies and translate them into content-directed inputs for the team.

  • Review content prepared by teams and ensure technical compliance, aligning it with brand positioning and regulatory requirements.

  • Align content with brand positioning, approve, and sign-off finalized content, ensuring it meets business objectives.

  • Oversee content creation for internal programs and courses, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience.

  • Participate in annual events planning and allocate projects to teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality content.

  • Provide inputs to course directors and lead meetings to design program agendas and content, ensuring they meet learning objectives.

  • Conduct scientific sessions in quarterly cycle meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

  • Support new product launches and provide continued support for initial 6-12 months, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

  • Ensure that product portfolios are a rich source of product-related data, facilitating informed decision-making and effective content development.

  • Share latest scientific updates in the Pharmaceutical space and enhance domain knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.

  • Conduct regular and value-added Knowledge of Leadership (KoL) meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
