Job Title: Voice Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Voice Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing International voice processes, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the BPO process from start to finish, communicating with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information, assigning BPO requests to qualified agents, tracking the progress of BPO assignments, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years experience in International voice process (US)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
