Web Application Developer Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex database-driven web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails.
  • Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and MySQL.
  • Good knowledge of React and its ecosystem.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies.
  • Knowledge of rotational shifts and willingness to work non-traditional hours.
