Full Stack Engineering Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Engineering Lead to spearhead our team's technology strategy and direction. This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision behind a leading AI company.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of scaling engineering teams, delivering complex products rapidly, and enforcing high standards of testing and continuous integration. They will be responsible for defining and enforcing technical standards, making strategic tech stack decisions, and running the team with Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, scale, and manage a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Be hands-on: actively code, review PRs, and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Make strategic tech stack decisions (frameworks, infra, cloud, AI integrations).
  • Run the team with Agile methodology: break down tasks into clear deliverables, drive sprints, and enforce accountability.

Modelia-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead development across Web, Studio, and Shopify applications, ensuring designs from the Design Team are translated into production-quality code using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, Vike SSR, and Playwright.
  • Own full-stack delivery: front-end and back-end, from implementing features to testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and deploying to production.
  • Maintain and evolve our Shopify application, ensuring seamless integrations, top performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Implement SEO technical tasks on the website to maximize visibility and growth.
