Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our sourcing team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in procuring raw materials, factory consumables, and packaging while evaluating vendors and factory partners for potential collaborations. They will conduct market research, gather quotations, and maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation up-to-date. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements, support price negotiations, and ensure timely communication with vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Mature approach to work with enthusiasm for learning supply chain and sourcing practices
  • Strong interest in procurement and sourcing
  • Basic understanding of vendor evaluation and supply chain principles
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including operations and production
