Transaction Testing Expert Role

We are seeking an expert in transaction testing to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in setting up and managing the new transaction testing function within our Enterprise Data Risk Management department. Your main goal will be to ensure that financial transactions are accurate, complete, and adhere to regulatory standards.

You will develop a risk-based approach to determine the prioritization and cadence of reviews for transaction testing of regulatory reports via comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. These plans will consider applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and gaps in reported values by performing validations against source systems/points of origin.

About You
  • You should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in regulatory reporting teams, audit, compliance, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

You will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, adept verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in using data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and knowledge of database systems.
