Job Overview:

  • Technical Documentation: Develop and document technical specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: Proven experience in R&D within the aerospace, defence, or related high-tech industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of data cable design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical and technical writing skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience with aerospace and defence industry standards and regulations.
