">About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through expert analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

- Analyze Agile features and break them down into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product owners, and business users.

- Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Credit card domain expertise

- Strong background in Business Analysis (Level -3)

- At least 8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst

- Experience on credit card domain with background on Franchise and Legal solutions for the same domain

- Ability to understand Agile features and prepare user stories

- Excellent communication skills and strong team player with Scrum Agile background

- Flexibility to contribute to manual test execution on an as-needed basis

- Strong ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements

- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working as part of a Scrum team is essential.
