Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of the marketing operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized customer journeys that enhance engagement and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with a strong focus on personalization tools, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and data-driven customer journeys.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and deploy SFMC solutions for trigger campaigns, cross-channel automations, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Implement personalization strategies using Interaction Studio or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Experience with API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant certification is preferred.
