Job Title: Supply Chain Intern

Location: Bangalore (Brigade Road)

Duration: 6 Months

  • Support reconciliation of Warehouse and Logistics invoices.
  • Update and maintain the monthly cost tracker.
  • Compile ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring.
  • Analyse and assist in preparing action plans for SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles.
  • Compile and share the weekly fill rate report.
  • Review and track planning vs. actual performance (orders as per ROP, DOI analysis, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc. preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
  • Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve support reconciliation of warehouse and logistics invoices and updating the monthly cost tracker. Additionally, you will compile aging and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring and analyze data to prepare action plans for slow-moving articles. Your responsibilities may also include compiling and sharing the weekly fill rate report and reviewing and tracking planning vs. actual performance.
