Senior Manager Role

The Senior Manager position is a key role that requires ambitious individuals to drive growth in our Tax practice.

  • Develop and implement account strategies for tax offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments and market segments.
  • Develop and sell new solutions, managed services, distinct technology solutions, etc., for the tax practice as part of the growth initiative.
  • Enhance internal and external awareness of our tax services, branding, and support development of proposals, presentations, etc., as required.
Tech Requirements:
  • Experience in current state assessments of how tax is delivered within an organisation, process mapping and improvement exercises.
  • Basic understanding of tax and finance domain.
  • Ability to ask the right questions for well-rounded client proposition.
  • Creativity and ability to visualise a concept.
  • Experience of working on murals and power point presentations.
  • Good articulation skills.
  • Ability to understand technology and its role in tax delivery.
Qualifications:
  • A Chartered Accountant
  • 8-12 years of experience of working in tax technology, business tax services, including private tax or international tax services.
  • Experience on the sales side of business.
  • Excellent managerial, organisational, analytical, verbal, written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
