Objective:

We are seeking a senior data analytics leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth through actionable insights.

This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, machine learning, and team management.

  • Leverage data to inform strategic business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing data analytics team to achieve business objectives
  • Design and implement data frameworks and tools to support business needs
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve user engagement and operational efficiency
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, and Jupyter Notebook
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques - regression, clustering, classification, time series forecasting
  • Hands-on experience in building personalization and recommendation systems

  • Background in gaming, e-commerce, or payments analytics
  • Proven track record in driving revenue uplift and retention improvement through data-led initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in building scalable analytics products and automation frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership
