Role Description
Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on data science leader with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Customer Analytics. The ideal candidate will drive AI-powered transformation across customer experience, marketing, and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of AI/ML models focused on customer behavior, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Design and implement NLP and GenAI solutions for customer support, feedback analysis, and real-time experience optimization.
  • Build and manage customer data platforms integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into business strategies.
  • Deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and product innovation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with a strong focus on customer data.
  • Proven success in delivering AI solutions in industries such as insurance, retail, BFSI, or healthcare.

  • Hands-on expertise in:

  • Python, SQL, R

  • Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP
  • Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering
  • Customer & Marketing Analytics, Contact Center Optimization

  • Tools: Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Clarabridge

  • Strong foundation in Statistics, Optimization, and Data Modeling.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Recognized certifications in AI/ML, NLP, or GenAI technologies.
