Job Opportunity:

Cybersecurity Sales Leadership

This senior leadership role will lead and drive sales strategy for cybersecurity products and services within the region. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients is crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets for cybersecurity solutions in the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain partnerships with CISOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers to promote our portfolio of cybersecurity offerings.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  4. Conduct market research to identify client needs, assess competitor activities, and align solutions with industry trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, GDPR).
  5. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, showcasing expertise in articulating complex solutions effectively.
  6. Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  7. Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote cybersecurity solutions and generate leads.
  8. Maintain compliance with industry standards while accurately recording sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in cybersecurity sales or IT solution sales within the region.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Certifications: Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) are beneficial but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including NGFWs, SIEM, cloud security (e.g., AWS), identity and access management (e.g., Okta), endpoint protection (e.g., CrowdStrike), and emerging technologies like AI-driven threat detection.
  • Ability to discuss and demonstrate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
