About this role:

We are seeking an accomplished Bioinformatics professional with a strong background in clinical projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across multiple data types, including single-cell, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Key responsibilities include analyzing high-dimensional omics data, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with clients to solve complex biological problems.

  • Analyze multi-omics biological data to derive relevant insights using state-of-the-art statistical methods.
  • Innovate tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of multi-omics biological data.
  • Contribute to knowledge graph construction and structured data modeling, ensuring datasets are AI/ML-ready.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field with 0-5 years of experience in clinical projects.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using predefined/custom workflows.
  • Proficient in Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to big data.

Good-to-have qualifications include exposure to EHR data integration, spatial omics data analysis, AI/ML applications, cloud technologies, and scalable computing platforms.
