As a Staff Financial Data Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes for financial data integration and transformation.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement dashboards that provide stakeholders with financial metrics to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through compelling presentations and actionable recommendations.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users on financial data tools, assets, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or math-based discipline, or equivalent practical experience required.
- Minimum of 12 years of data analytics experience (8 years with a master's degree).
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL (window functions, CTEs, etc.).
- Advanced experience working with a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and managing complex cross-functional projects and driving them to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Knowledge of Python and/or R.
