SCCM L3 Administrator Job Description

This role is responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SCCM environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain SCCM environment, including central administration site, primary sites, and distribution points
  • Manage software updates, including planning and implementing software update groups and packages
  • Monitor health and performance of SCCM environment, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users. Develop and implement SCCM processes and procedures to ensure stability and security of environment.
  • Create and maintain SCCM reports, queries, and collections to support reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Automate software deployment and distribution using SCCM, including scripting and creating custom packages and task sequences. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure SCCM aligns with business needs.
