Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our brand storytelling, communication strategy, and presence across digital and offline channels. As a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager, you will define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity, translating complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Narrative: Develop and implement a robust brand narrative that resonates with our target audience.
  • Marketing Collateral: Create and manage high-quality marketing materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Social Presence: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, planning and executing Ads and account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Events and Showcases: Drive brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases, overseeing pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Outreach and Campaigns: Utilize HubSpot to run automated outreach and nurture workflows, designing and executing cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Measurement and Insights: Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS/tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
