Job Overview:

As a detail-oriented professional, you will manage business information systems, generate insights through data analysis, and monitor performance metrics across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS deliverables.
  2. Consolidate financial, operational, and business data into dashboards and presentations for informed decision-making.
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and external sources to provide actionable insights to management for business growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform trend, variance, and root cause analysis on key business KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track business performance against targets to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance gaps proactively.
  • Design and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards for different business functions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes for increased efficiency.
  • Suggest and implement automation opportunities using tools like Excel and Power BI to reduce manual effort.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Attention to detail with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities to meet business objectives.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics to understand business operations and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, business analysis, or data analytics to apply technical skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience in financial services/investments/payments preferred to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
